Liz is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Fitness Trainer and wellness advocate living in Dublin, Ireland. She is founder of Positive Fitness Project. Liz believes in learning about your body and doing what is right for you. Making yoga, fitness and wellbeing accessible to everyone is what motivates Liz. Liz believes in embracing our imperfections, loving ourselves for who we are and by doing this living our best most authentic lives.
With 20 years experience in Irish dancing, Liz brings boundless enthusiasm and energy into everything that she does. When she isn’t putting clients through their paces, she can be found sharing her expertise on Yoga, Fitness & Food in the pages of the Image Magazine and Image.ie where writes regularly educating readers about the benefits self care and taking time to look after your body and mind. The pint-sized powerhouse behind Positive Fitness Project understands that a healthy balance for every individual is different – eating your greens and having a glass of wine can work! Her enthusiasm and positivity towards a healthy body and mind has led to founding the Urban Wellness Retreat as well as the Run Club at the Marker hotel – both of which have attracted loyal followings.
A lover of being outdoors, Liz doesn’t work solely from the studio/gym, and loves to train in the park. She is available for one-to-one personal training for fitness, private yoga classes (house calls are a pleasure), small group training, fitness classes, yoga classes, wellness retreats, corporate fitness programs and talks and fitness writing.
