I truly believe that the key to a healthy lifestyle is balance. My approach combines yoga, fitness and food in a really positive way. To begin with, it’s about getting to know your body better and doing what is right for you.

With this in mind I have created a unique Urban Wellness Retreat to teach you everything you need to know to feel and look fabulous!

Your day will include:
